ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Under the supervision of a licensed/registered architect, assist in the research and design of building projects by applying knowledge of architectural design, building systems, construction methods, and zoning/building codes. Lead the firm’s Revit design function including setting firm standards for producing quality designs and construction documents in Revit. Produce schedules and Revit Families; set up project templates in the Revit library; and regularly review templates to ensure they are up to date. Convert CAD drawings and fixture/equipment layouts into Revit. Produce drawings, renderings, plans, sections, elevations, and details to convey architectural design and construction information.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or closely related field.

Salary: $51,584 per year
